I understand building new habits can be hard and weeding through the internet can be time consuming and frustrating with all the options out there telling you it ‘guarantees’ weight loss. Sure, some of them may, but not for the long term...

Over the past 10 years I have helped my clients build menu arsenals for their meal prepping needs, establish healthy eating habits, and moderate their nutrition to fit their lifestyle to maintain a healthy and happy life.

I have dedicated my career to helping others, beginners to seasoned athletes, become more comfortable with their food choices, understanding that the key to nutrition success is CONSISTENCY, not restriction, will be more beneficial over time, and learning how food choices affect your body and the goals you want to achieve. 

Yes, you still can enjoy those dinners out, Sunday parties, and trips to the ballpark! I PROMISE! However, I do expect a TAD discipline in the beginning to get you out of your comfort and onto a new level, so SOME moderation of those evenings out and events will have to be modified for a brief period.
