SHOW ME HOWI have been a nutrition coach and personal trainer since 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2008.
I have worked in box gyms, boutique fitness studios and with dozens of 1:1 virtual clients. You could say that I am obsessed with helping people organize their nutrition to make it fit their lifestyle and fitness goals.
But I have not always been so keen on health and nutrition...In college I lost over 25 pounds using unhealthy methods and was fixated by the number on the scale.
With the right education I rewired my mindset and learned about the power of proper nutrition combined with strength training.
I stopped using fad diets, cookie cutter exercise programs and killing myself trying to burn thousands of calories during every workout.
I started lifting weights, eating MORE of the good stuff and less of the junk, and my metabolism spiked, and was much happier.
Today, I'm on a mission to help badasses like you learn to meal prep like a champion, achieve your fitness goals, and understand that nutrition without restriction is possible to enjoy life and the foods you love!
